Dr. Branciamore's research interests include (i) investigating the impact of epigenetics on development, disease and evolution, (ii) the application of methods from statistical mechanics and dynamical systems to personalized medicine for the treatment of complex diseases and cancer, and (iii) the development and application of computational and bioinformatics methods for the investigation of large biological data sets.
